Many customers use black and white copies for their less graphically oriented printing products, such as togo menus, flyers, order forms, and other applications, or when the budget is not allowed for color. • Color Mode: Color mode must be in CMYK to be a print ready file. If you use RGB, or Pantone, the colors will be converted to CMYK during preflighting. Conversion from  one color standard to another may result in a colors shift or colors dropping out.

What is full bleed?
If your document does not have an 1/4” white margin around all four edges , then your document needs to be printed with full bleed.
Full bleed prints does not come standard with all copies and it requires extra labor.
All printers need to leave a white margin at the edges. Full bleed documents need to be setup properly.
Add a quarter inch (0.25") to each side to allow for cutting.
For example, When you are creating a bleed document to print, your document size must be 0.5 inches larger than the finished size.
This means that an 8.5" x 11" bleed document must be submitted to us as 9" x 11.5".
Your type (text) should be 0.125" (1/8") inside the cut box on each side. This will guarantee your text to not be cut off form your artwork.
